Hello. Found this right now, and I think the W was flattened into the rim if I'm correct. In other words PSD, and not a mint error. Thanks! Happy hunting!

Lets see a wider shot to see if the is an issue with a MAD die?
If the reverse is normal and the obverse is not centered, that maybe what it is. But it is a minor one. When the devices fall over the rim, they they get interesting. But an other full shot of both sides might be helpful. (although I've not see a MAD dime before) Could be a first?

Here we are. I don't think it is misaligned, rather just a flattened letter, PMD. What do you think? (Chemical stain on reverse as well?)

I like to mention that on the obverse, it's in a Very Late Die State with very heavy die flow lines, mushy devices, and the detail is not as sharp. This was caused bt heavy Die Deterioration, from striking a ton of planchets at the U.S. Mint.
