Could this be just another dryer coin/pmd or something else like lamination and Grease Filled Die error? The weight is 3.3g. Your input would be greatly appreciated as always.

In general, I think it's too far gone to say exactly. I don't see any Lam evidence, but it was definitely struck by a quite deteriorated die pair. I think the rest is wear.
