Just looks like a normal one. The glare is hiding what you are seeing. The inverted image makes it look bigger. The light source is lower making a shadow appear on the right, glare on the left. But I see no evidence of a split on the upper loop of the '9'?

The doubled die is more than on the date area. All the doubling must match in order for it to be that die number.
