May go AU58 not sure about that hole in upper.

Agree, and the staining doesn't help. Probably a details coin.

Probably not AU-50 according to your photos, but EF-40 seems to me legit (Maybe EF-45 for the very good days)...

Otherwise, it's the variety Courteau #272 (Rarity 1 / Very common):
1854-Bank-Of-Upper-Canada-One-Penny-Bank-Token,-Looking-For-A-Grade-Please.

I need to modify my grade to AU-50 "details". I missed the pilot hole start on the 12 O'Clock position on the obverse.
