Letters/numbers are stretched and closer to the rim than they should be. It's a normal cent in my mind. While it looks good from a distance, it is not a doubled die. Here is what you should see on a doubled die: First off the date should hold a clue for being a doubled die. How? look at the arrows on this image and see what I'm taling about: On a doubled die, the 1972 year probably has the most doubled dies, because of what is called master die doubling. This happened on 50% of the coins struck that year from three mints. While these were caused with the master die that year, they are common that year. So there is no premium for these.
