You have a normal cent. What you're seeing in the T in LIBERTY and the G in GOD is where the cent took a hit in those areas and pushed the material and flattening them.

I don't see any true doubling, but I do see major effects caused by Die Deterioration. Letters/numbers are stretched and closer to the rim than they should be. It's a normal cent in my mind.

to CCF. I also see no DDO. If you could lessen the light so there would be less glare when you take coin pics that would help. Nice and clear photos though.

The die that struck your coin is really, really showing its age. While it looks good from a distance, it is not a doubled die. Here is what you should see on a doubled die:
First off the date should hold a clue for being a doubled die. How? look at the arrows on this image and see what I'm taling about:

On a doubled die, the 1972 year probably has the most doubled dies, because of what is called master die doubling. This happened on 50% of the coins struck that year from three mints.

While these were caused with the master die that year, they are common that year. So there is no premium for these.
But here are what you are looking for on the real doubled dies:
