2015 Modern Lincoln Penny, Unsure Of Mint, Has Image Overlay Of Bear

Jodyly1969 New Member United States 4 Posts	Posted 12/06/2018 1:54 pm I ran across this 2015 Lincoln Penny with a ring and an image overlay on front of coin that looks like a bear. There is some kind of image on the back as well but can't make it out. Has anyone come across this type of error befoee? And what is this called? Is it very rare or common? Thanks for any help.
