1971-S Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC -Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or PMD?

CoinHunter27 Pillar of the Community United States 5887 Posts	Posted 12/07/2018 7:15 pm Hello. Isn't this exhibiting doubling on the top left part of the 7? The tip of the 7 has PMD but what about the little thing under the tip? Can't tell if it's PMD, a die chip, or something else. Can't find any listings. Any help would Be very appreciated!
