Coin Diameter = 19mm Approx
Allingment of front and back side did not match. Back image is 180 degree of the front. Which is very unusual why?

Not sure how you flipped the coin between pictures.

If you flipped top-to-bottom, then its an error.
If you flipped/rotated side-to-side, that is normal alignment for US coins.

Your coin ... as noted above ... is a normal USA cent. Current value is 2 -3 USA cents.

It is indeed a fun find in India - but alas a common coin in the USA
