I'm having trouble determining with any confidence which Lee's number to assign to this one.
I believe it to be a PE10-24 or Lee's 24 can anyone confirm this?
Do you think marking the grade at VF30 would be correct? TIA

Cheers, Bill

We lost two token experts in recent times (Doug Robbins and Allan Davies)...

Doug C. (colonialtokens) has not been on CCF since late April... and he would be the person to help with this series.

I hope he is ok... has anyone been in touch with him lately?

This is PE10-32 in Charlton or Lees 32. It has the die cut on the "mizzen" sail. That is the sail opposite the flag, the die cut shows to the right towards the bottom of the sail.

VF20 to VF30 seems about right.

Enjoy!

Northcoin is correct PE10-32. The PE10-24 has beads along the rim while yours has toothed denticles. Single H, cut-knob &, toothed border, die-cut on mizzen sail (as norhtcoin pointed out - line sticking out at the bottom right on the open sail on the rear mast).
I'll go along with the VF-30.

I touched base with him a few months ago, he said he was busy with other projects,
I emailed Doug again last week, but no reply so far.

As for bill's token, easy 30
