I'm having trouble determining with any confidence which Lee's number to assign to this one. I believe it to be a PE10-24 or Lee's 24 can anyone confirm this? Do you think marking the grade at VF30 would be correct? TIA
We lost two token experts in recent times (Doug Robbins and Allan Davies)...
Doug C. (colonialtokens) has not been on CCF since late April... and he would be the person to help with this series.
I hope he is ok... has anyone been in touch with him lately?

This is PE10-32 in Charlton or Lees 32. It has the die cut on the "mizzen" sail. That is the sail opposite the flag, the die cut shows to the right towards the bottom of the sail.
Northcoin is correct PE10-32. The PE10-24 has beads along the rim while yours has toothed denticles. Single H, cut-knob &, toothed border, die-cut on mizzen sail (as norhtcoin pointed out - line sticking out at the bottom right on the open sail on the rear mast). I'll go along with the VF-30.
