SteveInTampa Pillar of the Community United States 4637 Posts	Posted 12/10/2018 4:11 pm Misaligned overprint. Minor variances occasionally happen, with most going unnoticed. Someone noticed this note and pulled it from circulation. Although this example shows considerable use, there's no way this note has been in use since 1992. Report this Post to the Staff
nickelsearcher Moderator United States 15395 Posts	Posted 12/10/2018 4:31 pm I'm not sure what the issue is ... assume it is the darker color number 7 shown in the photo?
