A co worker who knows I am a collector has a 1928 numerical $50 #7 Chicago it has minor quarter and center folds and sharp corners and is generally crisp and clean what would be a fair price to offer him he is a friend and I want to give him a fair price

Around $80. These are common, and Chicago is the most common of all. Compare to this one from a scarcer district.https://www.ebay.com/itm/1928-CL-50...f:0&LH_BIN=1
