Got this for like $55 shipped, the white background & light makes it look a bit worse than it is, it's got real nice original surfaces in hand. Looks about XF40, thanks!

i see xf40. stain in obv across liberty detracts from eye appeal some.

I'd go with XF-40 because I like the look of the coin and toning. I do see some reverse wear on the motto, talons and feathers and obverse wear on the foot, hand and hair that could push it down to a 35. Overall, might just not be crisp enough for 40.

I'd go EF-40 but wouldn't be surprised at EF-45 at all. Really nice pickup. The stain doesn't bother me. Just a nice looking coin! Congrats!
