AU-55+ . Not too good with grading SLQ's but I only see wear on Eagles left wing and breast . Very Possible FH .

I agree AU 55/58. Definitely full head. I have read that TPGs originally did not have a FH designation for type 1 SLQs because it was first believed all type1s were full head.
