I am not so sure about Abe, but I know that you definitely have a legitimate column bar DDR.

When looking this one up as a DDR, you need to consider the area below the hand. The area above the hand is a die polishing issue. The whole area is not considered as a DDR.

I agree with Coop, there is a polishing issue here. If this is a DDR, it would be the part below the hand. However even that could be a polishing issue as well.
