1958-D Lincoln Cent Doubled Die Obverse / DDO -001 I Can't Tell If It Matches

I know it is probably different but could someone tell me why and is it really that nice or did my grandpa clean it and make it kind of worthless. Report this Post to the Staff

I don't see any doubling above the 9 and you don't have clear pics of LIBERTY, so doubling is not a match. Your coin has numerous die scratches on the obverse while WDDO-001 doesn't. They post images of some devices that are not affected by the doubled die. So when you look at them, they are showing normal devices. Thus every coin will have have normal devices that are not a doubled die. So read what to look for on this site. Something that all of us miss from time to time. Report this Post to the Staff
