1983 Lincoln Cent Error?

Good evening everyone. I have a few of these coins that I can not find anything listed on it. To me, it looks like a D over D mint mark. But at certain angles it almost looks like a D over S. If you stare at something long enough, you tend to see what you want it to be so I am looking forward to your opinions. Its a 1983 D Lincoln Memorial cent, obviously. I am just trying to be respectfully formal to the forum and its members. Here are a few pictures, not the best, so I can take more if needed. Thanks everyone...

Well your pictures are pretty bad but I'd guess it's a plating blister.

Another possibility is it could also be Split Plate Doubling. http://www.error-ref.com/split-plate-doubling/

But we'll need to get better pictures, in order to tell for sure what it is.

Sharper images needed, but most likely it's zinc rot.
