I was comparing this to some other buffalos I have and it looked pretty thick, but then again some of the words are cut off so maybe not. Please give me your opinions.

Because of heavy circulation wear, it would be pretty much impossible to ID it, even if it was a Doubled Die.

I am not seeing anything here. I agree the heavy wear detracts from seeing anything on this coin. However, I encourage you to keep looking, because one can still find rare varieties in the Buffalo nickel series, even in dateless specimens if you know what to look for.
