The Doubled dies are in the centers of the design on both sides. So look there if your looking for doubled dies. Here is a link to a site to show you what areas are submitted for doubled dies:

The one your looking for is not there yet. But click on the other links and see what the doubled earlobe look like on these quarters. (pretty much the only area affected on the obverse) There is one proof die that have spectacular doubling on it, but it is a one in a millon die issue.
