Ok, well I see a nearly dateless Buffalo nickel, with only a hint of a horn and the rims worn down into the legends. On the rev, there is a possible lamination starting at the center of the coin and progressing downward. With this amount of wear, I'm not positive that it is a lam nor would I be surprised that even if it is that the value of the coin is not increased.

I'll recommend to the mods to move your thread over to the errors and varieties section of CCF so that we can get some more eyeballs on it.
