To me it looks like it was already harshly cleaned,it looks a bit pink. I do not think the green would all come off.

Absolutely cleaned . Sorry but this coin has had it's day of reign, but not today .

@LA, if this coin has bronze disease (i.e. if the green areas are dusty rather than hard), then you should place in quarantine so that it doesn't spread other copper coins in your collection.
