I have this 1982 penny and everything looks extra, need help with this one

Your coin was stuck with a very senior die. Probably in the LDS die state. But what you are looking at is not doubled devices, but die wear. Note how the affected areas are not showing a design like a hub would make, but the die is wearing unevenly.
On a doubled die the devices would be enlarged larger than a normal coin. Here is a side by side of a normal set of devices and a doubled die.

Note the enlarged devices? Note how the spread of the hubbing is noticed in the center of the devices? That is what you would expect from a doubled die.
