Looks like a contact mark on the face. The nose area looks like it was affected by push doubling. (another form of Machine Doubling) Machine Doubling usually affects the edges of the bust and devices. Caused by a movement of the dies after the strike. Not a doubled die, on a doubled die the doubling is on the die. This was caused by the machine.
You need to either reduce your light source, or use a diffuser to remove/block the glare. Depending on your setup this can be achieved easily. Just takes a will attitude to fix it.
