1988 Memorial Penny - OBV Brokerage?

Newbie to coin searching for key and error coins. I've researched a lot about terminology and what to look for, so If I have it wrong, please don't beat me up too badly :)

I think I've found a 1988 Memorial penny with a REV brokerage on the OBV there's more detail than the photo shows, the memorial building is upside down on the OBV. What do you think? Any value to something like this?

Hello! It looks to me like you have a Die clash, not a brockage. Maybe you could post pictures of the Obverse and Reverse? I'm not an expert so don't take my word for it. Happy hunting and nice find!

@CC, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that based on the pic you have posted so far, that looks like a very nice die clash. Overall pics of the obv and rev would be helpful.

Nice clash. You can see some of the obverse clashed in the bays of the reverse too.
