Going through my grandfather's collections and trying to decide which are collectibles/valuables/face value. This dime has some circling on bother sides of it and a chip missing just above Roosevelt's forehead. Error or PMD? Thank youError-Or-PMD-2003-D-Dime

If it were on just one side, I would think coin wrapper damage. But the obverse looks like wrapper damage on the 'Y' leaving an insuse mark there which is PSD. A closer view of the area in question might prove/disprove what it is?
