Is it a planchet or lamination error?

Is it raised or incuse. I can't tell from the image. Maybe a lower angle would tell us more?

If its raised it could be an internal die break, if its incuse it could be a struck through, lamination peel, or post strike damage.

Significant incuse. Can feel it with fingernail.

First, photo with the light from the right. Then tilted one way and then the other.

Looks incuse. Struck through something pretty strong. Maybe a folded rim burr?
