doubling shows in the S's states, also AMERICA... is this MD or DDD or actual DDR?

What are you seeing as doubled? I see slight Machine Doubling on the tops of AMERICA. Note on the 'C' the device is reduced in size by the Machine Doubling. Hub doubling enlarges the devices.

The last DDR's listed by Variety Vista between 1960-2003 was 1991. Nothing else after that year (ending in 2003 of course)

But the doubled die are pretty sparse about that time. (Just nine listed between 1982-2004 for them)
