I take this as being associated with Royal Arch Masonry. Almost 31 mm in diameter. Not certain as to its dating (other than being obviously post-1869) or for what purpose it might've been valued or redeemed.

It is a lucky Masonic lucky penny and one of the ways they could determine another mason sort of like a membership token instead of flashing a card or if they can't do the hand shake or the verbal statements they use.

Nice Masonic Penny!

Another Massachusetts Masonic Penny from a town with a "witchy" history:
Masonic-Token-From-Massachusetts
Masonic Penny Salem Massachusetts - Washington Chapter
Bronze, 31 mm, 10.59 gm
Obverse: WASHINGTON ROYAL ARCH CHAPTER / SALEM, MASS. / INSTITUTED JAN. 9, 1811. / ONE PENNY
Reverse: HTWSSTKS emblem ("Hiram of Tyre, Widow's Son, Sent To King Solomon")
This chapter is still active.

Sadly, most United States Royal Arch Masons chapters have disbanded.
