If you like it, why not? I never buy from folks with less than 99.5% feedback rating, and then I go check why they got neg'd if they did. There are good coins to be had, if you can stomach not seeing it in person before bidding/making an offer/buy it now.

I have used make an offer before on an Ike. It worked out. Worst they can do is say no.  |
