What are you refering to? This is not a 1955 DDO FS-101 or FS-102 this coin exibits Die Deterioration Doubling. This causes the devices to expand as the die is worn away.

Very common one to find. I Bought a tube of 1955 cents at a coin show and 19 out of 50 were like these. No extra value for them. They are just a very tired die. In the tubes the 19 found were most all from different dies. So it happened over and over on these dies.
