My opinion is that the coin is quite damaged, post-Mint. I would spend it.

@EFreeze1982, yes also damaged. One pro tip for you (as I hope to see more coins posted from you in the future): please photograph your coin *before* putting it in the 2x2 as the glare can cause some details to wash out. Thx!

Almost appears to be a really badly damaged coin.

It is only an error if it was done during the
actual striking of the coin.
As your coin was not possible to have happened
at that time, it is just another well damaged coin.
It is in a little better shape than your previous
listing though.
