It's NGC grading at its finest lol. Luckily the parties involved were bidding according the coin and not the slab!

Today's market reality dictates very little to no price difference between a 50, 53, 55 or a 58 coin. Irrelevant of the TPG. No different than EF grades or VF grades. The price game starts at MS and even then, other than MS65 and up, you can probably group a few below. Of course when you get to a 1921 5 cent piece and alike, it might matter.

CoinHunter, your right 100%. Unless it is a sought after coin like the one you mentioned (1921 5 cent )
Price difference in MS grades varies drastically from the circulation ones!
