If I'm submitting my 1988-P LMC RDV-006 to NGC do I write, FS-901, RDV-006, or Reverse of 1989 for the Variaty?

When I submit a coin for variety attribution I just select VarietyPlus (NGC) or whatever it's called in PCGS.
I let them determine the correct attribution.

If you want a specific attribution call them and ask IF they do that and what are the consequences if they don't agree.

PCGS most of the times requires the FS-#s. I'd send all numbers you can think of and include the sources they are from.
