Received this in some change . Lincoln has something stamped on the lower half of his face . It reminds me of the hair on Dr Seuss' thing 1 or 2 . The reverse is a bit smashed at the top . Is this post damage ?

I agree it is PMD, but the Seuss reference gave me a chuckle and is spot on.
