I have 1957D DDO on Mint and B in Liberty is filled, Grade and Value, please. This coin the b is filled partially. Is it of value? Is broken post any value?

Filled letters/numbers (broken die posts) are very common with 1957-D cents. Keep it if you like, but I don't think it has any additional value.
