Its fake. Do you know how to tell? The rest of the devices/bust would also be affected, and the reverse as well. Fake.

I've got two questions, which date is the add on, top or bottom? And, if it's the top date how did they get the serifs to go through the bottom date so seamlessly?

With an overlay option on Photoshop it can be added weaker.

To the OP: If this is this your coin, I would still be forced to consider the possibility of a soft double strike.
Otherwise, I would have to agree with coop.
