Found this 1966, and I think that there might be notching on the 966. Is it well placed damage, hub doubling, part of the design, Some worthless something, or do I have a DDO? Any thoughts are appreciated! Happy hunting and happy New Years!

I'm thinking that it's just Post Strike Damage ( PSD).
