Chicken scratch design under Florida coastline for 71 Philly, 71 Denver and silver proof.

Three distinct islands on 71 S.
72 Philly and Denver have three island design. 72 S and proof have chicken scratch design. 73 all four have three island design. Were there 2 designs used in 71 for the S mint coin ?

According to the source I use, there were two types used on 1971-S; one used only for the proofs and one used only for the uncirculated collector issue.
