something is not right, as only one side of the coin has a rim.

Copper and silver joined together=not possible at the mint. Possible in somebody's workshop.

It's not a coin blank, it's a punch out or slug. It appears to have rim because it's punched out from one side only, coin blanks are cut on both faces.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

geraldbergeron welcome to the forum. your coin is a coin used at a magic shows. the rim on one side lets. the magician know which side he is demonstrating for his illusionist. hope this helps
