Very tough to tell from your pictures, but it appears to be just highlights from your lighting, Machine Doubling, or Die Deterioration Doubling. Not a Doubled Die. I reccomend trying to take your pictures with a lot less glare. Happy hunting!

That E in the next-to-last pic looks crazy, almost like an illusion, but it's all lighting and reflection. I don't see any doubling of the die in there. I do see MD on the ON, however.
