Decided to start the year by knocking out a big hole in my Lincoln Cent book. I couldn't figure out how to get the sellers pictures on here as I don't have the coin in hand yet, so I hope this link suffices. Looking at it myself I graded it at VF-25 but just wanted dome other opinions. Will post better images when it arrives.

Thanks for looking.
Rest in Peace

VF-25 sounds about right . $75 is a very good price . my only negative comment is the top of the last 9 in date looks like it took a small hit .

Would you believe I got it for less than that. I paid $70 including shipping.

I don't like the lighting on this one. in any case I think its between VF20 and VF25 leaning more towards VF20 imo. due to the lighting its hard to say how original it is

VF-20 here as well, with a porous unevenly colored planchet. Not a fan.

@badthad Thank you for your input, what makes you think the coin has been cleaned? Coinfrog mentioned an unevenly colored plachet which I attributed to bright lighting in the pictures, With 100% feedback it seems legit to me. Just to be clear I'm not trying to accusatory I'm genuinely asking.

It should have a deep, brown color. I see light colored copper along with dark streaks, indicative of a cleaning. I can't guess, I have to go by what I see from the given information. Hope that helps.

Color appears on the light side, but that might be the lighting. Not crazy about the look of this one, but if the OP likes it that is what counts.

Here's how a coin in that approximate age/condition should look. This is a 100% honest coin, gummy black gunk and all. That's how I like 'em!

I messaged the seller just to see what he says (not that he'll own up to it if he's lying) but I really think this one is lighting so I can't wait to see what it looks like in hand. Thank you for the picture, pretty coin.

Looks like we may never know if it is cleaned or not, as the coin appears to have been lost in the mail. The seller says if it doesn't come in a couple of days I will receive a refund. I'm not sure if I should take this as a sign from the universe saying I dodged a bullet or that I missed a really good deal.
