Remember PCI? The plastic over the left side obverse is cloudy, obscuring part of IGWT. On the coin the full IGWT inscription is struck as well as the word Trust.

Some PCI slabs are accurate, the rest are garbage.

I'm gonna guess it was slabbed at AU50 and some of the damage has happened over time.

The damage and cleaning mentions surprise me. Help me learn what you are seeing. The spotting is a negative that I do not recall when buying it many years ago. The spotting is amplified by the photo. The red around the edges looks original to me. Maybe the photos are not capturing the color correctly?
Rest in Peace

Could you post a couple more pictures please? Something about 8 inches from the lens if possible.

Obverse is XF+, might go AU, but, definitely cleaned.

Reverse...actually is AU maybe slider UNC!

By damage I was referring to the spotting it's hard to tell if it's taken over a lot of the coin. I don't see any signs that it's been cleaned like people are saying though. And it looks pretty solid at au50. I wonder what the answer is hahah the suspense on this one is killing me.

I would like to see a close up of the S and the VDB before making a call on grade.

OK, fresh photos, as you can tell from the tinted slab color these are without color correction, lit by incandescent

The S is complete, a scratch on the slab is obscuring it. WipeNew seems to work on car headlights, maybe I can try it on this slab.
