Yes, the left half of the front plastic is hazy much like older car headlight covers. This is one of 10-digit green labels which I understand are the most conservatively graded of PCI slabs. I gather there are no PCI cert number databases online. To my eye the coin's reverse is the better of the two sides, AU-50, with the obverse dragging it down some. EF-45 would be my net grade.
