Or maybe MS details if this color is accurate. Just somehow doesn't look natural. Dunno, maybe this is market acceptable these days.

Probably straight graded, but it still looks like it's been cleaned. Most likely graded AU-58 or MS-62.

I am not sure why you would think this coin has been over dipped. Maybe dipped and re-toned or AT. I would be highly surprised if the coin showed any sign of cleaning.

Mike F is correct in my opinion that the coin is original.

How on earth could this be a mint state coin? Obvious wear on the high points and rub in the obv fields. The surface appearance is puzzling, probably been dipped. AU 50 tops. No remaining luster at all for an AU58.

Are we looking at the same coin? I swear to god I just had my eyes checked several months ago!

That is a wholesome, beautiful original seated coin and a text book au-58.

I feel like I'm in the twilight zone.

Looks like Environmental Damage to me. AU Details.

If it straight-graded it should sell at a big discount for the lack of eye appeal.
