Looks like a EF to me based on what I can tell from the photos. IMHO.

I'm guessing the hue is from oxidization. I'm going MS 64.

Looks like it's cloudy from being in cellophane packaging for awhile. Much like the old US Proof Sets. It's a gem coin with virtually no marks. MS-68RD

Personally I can't make out clear detail on the busy although the hairlines look fantastic. Through all the specs everywhere on the coin, I can only see a few nicks but can't say if there are actually more.
