I am unsure if this is worth a slab and need to know if it's cleaned or whizzed.

It also would be good to have some opinions on the presence or not of an RPD.

This second brown-toned shot shows the '3' the best. It was difficult to portray, but the '9' seemed to have a mini-circular object within the lower loop of this '9'.

It should be clarified that the photo of the date within the large obverse picture displays some nonexistent reflective doubling. I would stick to the small closeup shots I took for judging the potential RPD and not use the large photos for this purpose...

I had the moderators change the title to reflect a coin minted in Phily; the 'O' dropped off of the title.

I need to change back to regular and get off of the low octane; it's affecting my attention to detail.

Sorry for the confusion.
