I have these two medals and cannot find them anywhere I've looked I'm hoping someone can educate me on them. Thank you for any help

@Vonglaub, not my area of expertise, but here is a close-up of the central panel on that first medal. Hopefully someone here can help you.

The style is very much like mid 20th century French army unit badges, worn on the chest of the uniform.
