I purchased a few high grade Washington's with my ebay bucks certificate to fill some holes. I was looking at the ones that arrived today and this one stuck out like a sore thumb!

Looking to confirm that it is a die clash and opinions on its grade and value. Thanks!

@ty88ty2, yes that looks right to me. One nice way to confirm is to create an overlay with the images of the obv and rev so that you can confirm that the details of the clash line up.
