1963 Franklin Half D/D Repunched Mint Mark / RPM Authentication ?

Firstly, does this look like an RPM? If not, what is this MM called? Depending upon the responses is this anything possibly new to get excited about? If so, then it is Machine Doubling. But looking help th see things better. The areas to check would be the same angles that could be affected by the same die movement. Report this Post to the Staff
