Another doubled die turned down for CONECA listing as "too minor". Anyway, I think this thing is plenty strong with the big notch in the leg of the R and nice doubling visible on the coin. Look how thick the lower U is!

I can't believe he won't list it! That's a strong Class 6 Doubled Die Obverse. John Wexler would definitely list this one for you.

That's a strong one. Easily visible extra thickness. I reccomend sending it to Mr. Wexler.

Dang, I've got one just like it and was hoping that would have been attributed. I'm saddened by this one too.

That's a shame because that thickness on 83 & US is nice.

Wexler will probably like that one but it will take a while since he is still backlogged +-3(?) months.

This coin was with Wexler the entire time since this post, but I just got it back. Yes he is backlogged so it took a very long time for which he apologized and really shouldn't have to as his health is not perfect these days and he is working as fast as he can.

His determination is that this is, drum roll please, Die Deterioration Doubling.

I disagree and still think this is a relatively strong DDO. But another one for the " DDO unlistable" file

John is having health issues. So he is limited because of the issue.

Coop, 1DO-012 looks to be just a shade stronger than this one, and die markers don't match. I'd say no, although could be a later die stage for that one I just can't find a way to prove it.
