I'm with T-Bop not FSB. I want to see all three bands separated and the lower band is not

Then you're using your own definition of FB.

That coin is FB all day long by grading definitions of the designation.

If I remember correctly one of the TPG's (PCGS?) only requires the center band to be split to earn the RSB label.
Another TPG (NGC?) requires that all three band be split to earn the RSB label.

I'm dealing with an old, fuzzy memory.

They both require full separation of the middle bands. NGC really just describes it in more in depth in their own words from an article from last September that the other two bands require separation and other places on their site just talk about the middle bands and nothing else.

The key though is the middle bands are described as FULL separation where the others just separation. There's plenty that don't have full separation on all three for various reasons as long as the middle is fully separated.

Long story short the middle bands are most important

I'm going to get better pics when the light is right to let the battle royal continue after more close-ups are taken.

Ok. I'm updating this with 12 more photos to get angles and sides. More photos than needed...but nothing new from me. Let me know the consensus...MS-67 FB or not after seeing these. Thx

Oh man...I see what you are saying the 3 horizontal bands but the one at the bottom. Is basebal21 correct though? on the description of full bands? would this be the poor man's 55 Mercury dime full bands?
